I am Saule Suziedelyte from Lithuania, a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in the UK, with a background in finance. I spent over a decade working in finance in the UK before following my passion for helping people achieve optimal health.

In the UK, I earned a master’s degree in Personalised Nutritional Therapy from Middlesex University in 2017, along with a CNELM diploma. I am a registered member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and an associate member of ANLP (Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming), both based in the UK. NLP complements nutritional therapy by addressing emotional barriers, making lasting dietary changes easier.

Recognising the key connection between emotions and health, I expanded my expertise by completing training in the Emotion Code in 2024. This holistic approach allows me to address both the nutritional and emotional aspects of well-being, empowering clients to achieve lasting health and balance.

As I was trained during my master's degree, I apply the Functional Medicine model to uncover and address the root causes of health issues, creating personalised strategies that empower clients to achieve optimal health and long-term well-being.

  • Communication. Encouraging open dialogue to ensure understanding and clarity.

  • Empathy. Approaching every client with compassion and sensitivity to their personal challenges.

  • Open-Mindedness. Welcoming diverse perspectives and being adaptable to individual needs.

  • Support. Providing unwavering support and motivation to help my clients stay positive and achieve their health goals.

"I’m so grateful for the nutrition plan that Saule created and all the support I got from her. I initially sought help for my sleep issues, and within a few weeks, I noticed a real improvement. The plan was straightforward to follow and thoughtfully tailored to my needs. I’m now sleeping better than I have in a long time and feel much more refreshed during the day."
