
Nutritional Therapy
When creating your personalised plan, I follow Functional Medicine principles, focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues rather than just managing symptoms. Every individual is unique and requires a tailored plan that considers both physiological and lifestyle factors. This means that two people with similar acid reflux symptoms may leave with entirely different plans, tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
To understand the root causes of your health issues, I begin by asking you to complete an in-depth health questionnaire, which provides valuable insights into your symptoms and lifestyle. I assess underlying imbalances such as gut health, hormone regulation, and stress, alongside lifestyle factors like personality, financial circumstances, and cooking habits.
After our initial 1-hour consultation, I may recommend functional medicine-based testing to gain a more detailed understanding of your health. This helps to identify imbalances that could be affecting your well-being.
To help you even further, I incorporate Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques when beneficial. These methods help address mental and emotional blocks that can impact your health, offering a comprehensive, holistic approach. Before the Session
Once you’ve booked an appointment, I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire and food diary to complete and return before your first session.
The Session
The first consultation lasts one hour and is conducted online (via Google Meet). During this session, I take a comprehensive health history, which includes:
Family history;
Medications and supplements;
Psychological and emotional pressures;
Exercise habits and stress levels;
Dietary patterns and key health symptoms.
If you have any recent blood test results (from the last 6 months) from your GP or specialist, please have those available for my review.
What You’ll Receive
Following the session, I will provide:
Recommendations for dietary and lifestyle changes;
A supportive meal plan with recipe ideas;
Recommendations for laboratory testing, if appropriate;
Supplement suggestions, if needed (I always cross-check supplements against any medications to ensure there are no interactions);
Recommendations provided after applying NLP and/or the Emotion Code during the session.


Follow-up sessions last 45 minutes. Most clients benefit from at least one follow-up, though more complex health issues or long-term goals, such as weight loss, may require ongoing support over a longer period.
Separate appointments for Emotion Code and/or NLP sessions may be recommended if they are considered beneficial for your overall well-being.
Supplements and Testing
I may suggest supplements when appropriate, prioritising high-quality, practitioner-only brands for maximum absorption and effectiveness. I always consider your personal circumstances, medical history, and medications when making supplement recommendations, and you are under no obligation to purchase them.
When necessary, I use laboratory testing to identify underlying imbalances, as it provides the most accurate insights. These tests are conducted through private labs and there is no pressure to proceed with them if you choose not to.
All consultations are held online via Google Meet, with call details provided in advance to ensure a smooth session.
